The space
Fully furnished one bedroom in the beautiful White Mountains of Arizona. Located in the town of Pinetop-Lakeside, just southeast of Show Low. Amazingly comfortable Sleep Number brand split-king adjustable bed. The mini-split air conditioner and heater is very quiet. We have added two space heaters to add additional comfort during the winter months. Includes a fully-stocked kitchen with frig, oven with 4-burner stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and everything you need for cooking at home. Kitchen island with bar stools. Fast internet, and two TVs with ROKU and free Netflix. One bathroom with shower (no tub). Two comfy La-Z-Boy recliners. Propane grill and outdoor furniture right outside the door. The house is set up for two guests, but you are welcome to throw an air mattress on the floor for the kids. Pet-friendly.

This is also a great opportunity to test-drive a “tiny house.” At 396 square feet, our home is about the size of a small condo, and much bigger than most hotel rooms. But this is a self-contained tiny house located in LuxTiny, Arizona’s premier tiny-home community.
