「Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja komminukointi onnistui hyvin kääntäjän avulla. Aamupala oli mukavan monipuolinen. Lisäksi hotellin tilat olivat modernit ja puhtaat.」

「"The staff is very helpful. However, the hotel's infrastructure is not up to standard. The WiFi is extremely slow, especially at night. Additionally, the shower drain was clogged, and no action was taken even after we complained."」

「Large, well appointed room. Good bathroom with decent shower. Good breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff. Good central location, but away from major street noise. Private parking. While the exterior sound proofing was good, there was a bit of noise from above, particularly when the occupants seemed to constantly drag the furniture around on the hard floors. 「The hotel staff were very friendly and all my questions were answered. This is important to me because traveling by public transport in Türkiye requires asking many people. Everything in the room was nice and I liked the big trash can in the room as many hotel trash cans are very small. Breakfast was also delicious. 「nice room」

「Rooms very clean, staff was very friendly, location super convenient, cheap taxi to Palandöken. The breakfast was very basic, the lady who serves it does great job but the hotel needs to invest some more money on it so the menu can be compared to Istanbul hotels of the same price category. To buy coffee machine would be a great idea. The shower was leaking, they did some repair but it doesn’t look professional.」

「Otelin kahvaltısı çok zayıf. Odalar sigara kokuyor」

「房間內無冷氣機，櫃台提供了電風扇，解決白天較熱的問題。」

「Chambres sales, mauvaise connexion wiifii, petit déjeuner fini avant l'horaire indiqué.」

「Ok for the price, def. not more then to sleep in.」

「Friendly People.」

「Erzurum Palandöken kayak alanına yakışan bir otel. Erzuruma has yemekleri çok nefis. Personel çok iyi. Oteldeki bakım tutum üst düzey.」

「Odalardan ve otleden bahsetmeye değer tek şey müdürün ilgisi, sorun çözme hızı」
