“對於酒店員工十分不滿 首先是態度冷淡並且無法滿足客人要求，由於酒店職員不懂英文，難以溝通，職員會選擇先協助懂西班牙文的客人。 而面對本人所提出之要求，一而再再而三地忽略。本人出門前向櫃枱職員提出要求提供多一個枕頭及暖爐， 職員表示會於清潔房間時放進房間。 其後本人回到房間， 不但沒有完成本人要求， 更收走了早前向櫃枱職員借的風筒！ 本人親身到櫃枱再次表示需求，職員態度欠佳，沒有正面回覆何時會提供所需的物件，你需要多次向職員查詢才有回覆。 當我收到職員提供之暖爐時，我同時要求的枕頭，並沒有提供，又需要我再次向職員查詢！ 我從未試過入住酒店出現類似體驗，本人對此酒店十分不滿！ 位置偏僻，對於旅遊人士絕不友善！”

“Great location, quiet but close to everything in the old town. Friendly & helpful staff & good breakfast with plenty of options and cooked to order eggs. Comfy bed & nice bathroom with toiletries. The only downside is because the rooms are situated around an open courtyard you can hear people moving around and talking. “The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is……

“Property manager assisted me when I arrived late to the hotel and went out of his way to assist me in getting a taxi to my scheduled tour and to the airport. The breakfast provided was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.”

“The room is clean and cosy. However, the ventilation is bad if the window is closed. Also, the noise from the other room was heard. Staff there are very nice, coca tea was provided at checkin and the room is available even before checkin time. There are only limited food choices for breakfast. However, packed breakfast is available if need to leave early.”

“Excellent location and massive beds. We stayed in 2 different rooms before and after our trek. Both were formed with the old wall, the first had a dehumidifier, the second didnt. Both rooms felt a bit damp. The window in the bathroom opened out onto the street. Breakfast was tasty and theyvwill do you a breakfast to go if you have an early start. Looked after our bags FOC between stays.”
