Very beautiful 2-family house "Valhalla Emile", surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. 2 apartments in the property. In the district of Glolais 1 km from the centre of Planguenoual, 7 km from the centre of Pléneuf-Val-André, 20 km from the centre of Saint-Brieuc, in a quiet position, 3 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and plants, beautiful garden to relax, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Val-André" 7 km. Sports harbour 5 km, golf course (9 hole) 5 km, sailing school 9 km, tennis 6 km. Nearby attractions: Port de Dahouet 4.9 km, Pleneuf-Val-André 7 km, Erquy 15 km, Cap Fréhel 25 km, St. Quay- Portrieux 39 km. Hiking paths: GR34.
"Valhalla, chez Emile", 2-room semi-detached house 45 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: open large lounge with panoramic window with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Electric heating, underfloor heating. Upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower, double hand-basin and satellite TV. Terrace 14 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). View of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gut aufgeteilt, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Ein sehr herzliches Willkommen von Christine, die alles sehr gut erklärte und gute Tipps für Ausflüge machte. Das ganze Anwesen strahlte eine angenehme Atmosphäre aus. Die Nähe zum Meer, die Wanderwege….alles war wunderschön. Vielen Dank !
