Charming old village house, stylishly refurbished with a lovely mix of quality new bathrooms and beds and antique furnishings, set in lush, rural rolling countryside with far reaching views. Discrete service, and very accommodating when we had a day of illness and needed to stay in the room all day. Generous fresh breakfast of pastries and cheeses every day.

Fantastic

Rural France at its delightful best

Stunning property in rural France where we were greeted with a warm welcome by the host and shown to our room which was beautiful, spacious and very tastefully decorated. The property does allow dogs but only in certain rooms so do remember and advise them at the time of booking. Breakfast was laid on in the morning and again our host was very attentive and really helpful. Will most definitely be staying again we drive from the UK to the Costa Blanca.

Beautifully decorated and absolutely clean. The breakfast was good. The only fault that I can point out would be that the coffee was very weak and not at all plentiful. No milk or cream was offered. Our host was quite pleasant if not engaging.

Great Stay, bring mosquito repellent

This is a rural restored farm house. We used it as a base for a day trip (3.5 hrs) to Andorra while being able to make it back to Paris in a day. Visited some nearby wineries as well! Breakfast was good. Room and bath clean with nice hot shower. Only issue was lack of ventilation in room. No ac so had to open windows ( without screens) until attacked by mosquitos!

The location is quiet and peaceful, and the accommodation was very clean with good attention to detail. During our summer stay, the room became quite warm, though opening the windows at night helped. While we didn’t feel particularly welcomed by the owner, which may have been due to cultural differences, it didn’t overshadow the positives. Be aware that the parking area is very steep. Overall, we would still recommend staying here.

Perfect old restored countryside chambre d’hôtel

A beautiful restored building, elegant furnishings and wonderful setting in the countryside, only 15 minutes to Albi, a large bedroom and bathroom and a lovely courtyard. A very generous breakfast.

Certainement le plus bel endroit dans lequel j’ai eu la chance de séjourner. Ce magnifique domaine se dresse dans un environnement calme et paisible, où la nature semble nous accueillir en son sein. La chambre tout comme les parties communes sont décorées avec un goût fin et certain. L’équipement garantit un séjour chaleureux, agréable, avec une salle de bain impeccable et une literie très confortable. Quant au petit-déjeuner, il satisfait les becs salés comme les becs sucrés. Un parking se trouve tout près pour garer les voitures facilement. Notre hôte a veillé en coulisse à tout pour notre confort et nous a chaleureusement accueillies. Nous reviendrons pour profiter de nouvelles parenthèses enchantées.
