「Front desk staff were very helpful and polite. The room was very clean and far larger than expected. Grandson loved the jetted tub in the bathroom.」

「The room was nice but the bathroom vanity door was about to lose a hinge and the toilet had some calcium streaks in it. The worst thing was it was on the 4th floor and the elevator was out of order . We told them we needed no stairs due to physical limitations but they didn't tell us about the elevator being broken so with great difficulty we dragged our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. The staff was very nice and the room was clean.」

「I booked a 3 queen bed room. When we arrived they told us they messed up and booked too many so they gave us 2 separate rooms. They claimed they comped the 2nd room however my charge was the same as the 1, 3 bed room. (I was not the only person they did that to). The front desk lady at night was rude when we asked for clean towels the next day. Most hotels will bring clean towels automatically. The outdoor pool was very nice.
