“Beautiful spot”

“Totally wrong booking. We were searching and trying to make the booking of Jasper. How could it go through to this hotel? And there's no email address for us to contact...So sad experience.”

“Staff was super nice, AC was working perfectly, Parking was good. The only problem was the cleanliness, there were stains, hairs, and black particles on the sheets.”

“Nice enough, you get what you pay for. The rooms are very tired, the chair in my room had a stain and what I assume was a very old cigarette burn. Ceiling was... interesting. Shower curtain rod was hanging on by a wish. Downstairs, mix and match tables and chairs for breakfast. During checkin (6pm ish on a Saturday), had to wait maybe 5 minutes for the solitary staff person to get back from whatever she was doing in the basement.”

“Rooms were cleaned everyday and staff were very friendly.”

“Rooms were very clean and the beds were well maintained. The mini-fridge and microwave in each room were nice and useful. AC/heater was easy to figure out. Owners were lovely and helpful during check-in. It's just outside of Perth, so there's only fast food nearby unless you head into town. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!”

“We had put a yogurt container in the fridge and not the freezer (as there were no freezer) and the yogurt was frozen the next day. ”

“I stayed one night at Tri Century Mill Suites in mid March. My room was spacious, clean and absolutly gorgeous. There were massive windows looking out over the river which runs around the property. I didn't need the kitchenette, but if I did it was very well equipped. This room had a bedroom separate from the living space, also with a huge window and a deep sill. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. It was a very short walk to town where I could choose from a variety of……

“Booked on Expedia for a one night stay mid-week, passing through town. Didn't realize we had to bring our own sheets....was buried in small print. Should have been much more obvious. Otherwise a nice clean unit.”
