“Very nice accomadations”

“Everything was OK. Staff friendly and helpful. ”

“We have been staying at this BW for many years as we frequent the area. The hotel is undergoing renovations and we were in a room that was recently completed. While it was clean/spotless, the water pressure in the shower was low and lacking hot water. There were no hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms especially noticeable by the shower. The new lamps are stylish yet have little function. The beds had previously been equipped with high intensity reading lamps which looked hastily……

“Property advertised as historic and fine lodging however we were given a run down small apartment in a front house up large flight of stairs with outside broken porch stairs. Plumbing was broken and kitchenette sink bubbled up and shot up dirty waste water smelling like sewer. We did not see brown water everywhere until second night because we did not use that area until then. We heard something and smelled but didn’t find it until 2nd night. Shower leaked, blinds broken and furniture like……
