Lancaster Hotel with Pool

"Receptionist was excellent, we stayed on the 4th floor and the ceiling was dripping with water as it had rained, hallway carpet soaked. Post on front desk was a sign that said The Fire Alarm is currently not operational. This must be illegal."

"The room was indeed spotless. It had every amenity I could have asked for. Breakfast was ok for what it was. The gal keeping track of the breakfast bar was right on spot with making sure it was clean and well stocked. I didn't need the room cleaned so i cannot comment on the maid but the room was spotless upon arrival so i am sure she is quite capable. The location was excellent. "
