    Wake in the morning to spectacular ocean views from the home’s upstairs kitchen and large living / dining area, which open out to the ample sized balcony. Relax with your morning cuppa, breath in the ocean air and discuss what today's adventure will include. Whether it is surfing, swimming, boating, sand boarding, taking the kids to the local park or just kicking back and doing "nothing", this is the perfect house for you. Finish your day with a beverage or two and a BBQ on the balcony, witnessing front row seats to spectacular sunsets over the Indian Ocean. Then fall asleep to the sound of the waves in total relaxation.

    If you can bear to step outside this stunning home, a short walk along the beachside path will take you to all that this relaxed, coastal town has to offer. Head in one direction to the Lancelin Beach Hotel and the other to the Iconic Lancelin Endeavour Tavern. Both perfect choices to enjoy a beachfront beverage or two and take a night off cooking.

    The Space:
    Upstairs consists of the kitchen and large living / dining area, which open out to the balcony with BBQ, master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite, toilet. Air-conditioned throughout.

    Downstairs consists of 2 more bedrooms – 1 with a queen and single bed and the other with 2 x bunk beds, laundry, bathroom, separate toilet.

    There is also a large family room which opens out to the enclosed backyard and another separate sitting area.

    Endless Summer has plenty of room for you and the family to hang out and enjoy what Lancelin has to offer.

    The home also has a lock up garage which opens out to the side of the home.

    No school leavers will be accepted at this property. No under 25 adult groups unless approved by owner.

We were not able to sleep that day until four o'clock. After the sounds of screaming and clinking of glasses had subsided, we called the owner and she was very helpful. The view of the house is very beautiful and the place is close to sand danc. There is a nearby park with swing for children, but the house needs best control because there are a lot of spiders in it.

Reviewer Comments: This is my third stay at Endless Summer snd each time I have enjoyed the amazing experience, the views from upstairs balcony are spectacular. Only minutes walk to the beach, shops snd restaurants. Awesome location.Unfortunately the only downfall this time around was the house seemed a little run down, the glass veranda was filthy and the bbq front buttons kept falling off so we wasn’t able to use it. There was no charger for the Dyson vacuum so couldn’t use that and the lounge suit was in desperate need of a clean. I do understand the house had recently been sold so I understand that this could just be minor issues until the new owner gets the place in better condition. However this would not stop me from returning to this great holiday home in the near future . 😊.

Fantastic family holiday with surfing teenagers.

Calm, safe swimming beach directly across the road with access path. Surfing back beach a few minute drive (or short cycle) away. Short walk along the beachfront path directly in front leads you everywhere. Few minutes in one way to the tavern - best located in WA and wonderful for a casual pizza or pub meal with 180 degree view. Other direction leads to the lookout or hotel restaurant/bar, also the loveliest sunset spot. Kids’ playground over the road. Jetty for fishing. A little further on, freshly baked bread from the bakery or a coffee from the town cafes. Skate park, basketball court, awesome sandboarding on the dunes or golf at the local volunteer-maintained 18 hole course. This is impressive in condition and stunning natural views. The house itself is super spacious with an ideal layout for families, where kids have their own bedrooms and TV/games area downstairs. Beds are the most comfortable we’ve encountered in our (extensive) travels. King in the master. Big, well equipped kitchen. The house is a bit dated, in a back to basics surf-shack kind of way, whilst being clean, comfortable and just perfect for a low-key break. We’ll be back.

And the view from the upstairs main are and balcony was just amazing.The only negative was cleanliness could have been better. A little dusty and a couple of the kitchen drawers were full of crumbs. The freezer top drawer was also dirty. But the rest was perfect. I would highly recommend.

It was a fantastic place for our group, with heaps of space, making it perfect for families or larger gatherings. The kitchen was huge, the beds were comfortable, all the linen was provided, and there were plenty of games and entertainment options for the kids, which was great on the rainy days.One of our favourite parts was the location. Being able to sit on the deck, enjoy the beautiful view, and still keep an eye on the kids playing at the park was just perfect. With separate living areas upstairs and downstairs, the teenagers could entertain themselves downstairs with their own TV while the everyone gathered upstairs. It made the space work really well for families without tripping over each other. It’s a house to gather at can see us staying again with aunty’s and cousins room for everyone. However a few things just being really honest for people's awareness, especially considering the price, the house is starting to show its age and could do with a little maintenance. The shower head wouldn't stay in position, there was quite a bit of limescale, and a few of the blinds were broken, they either wouldn't open and close properly or were hanging down with snapped cords. Upstairs had good heating and air conditioning, but downstairs only one bedroom had heating and cooling. We stayed in winter, so it was quite cold downstairs, and I'd imagine it would get quite warm down there during summer as well.That said, none of these things took away from our stay. They were all fairly minor in the grand scheme of things, and the location, layout, comfort, and overall experience far outweighed them. With a little bit of maintenance, this place would be exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely be hoping to come back! Will book again 100%
