Wir haben die Wohnung für eine Woche im Sommer explizit ausgewählt weil sie im Kellergeschoss eines modernen Hauses liegt. So entgeht man erfolgreich den Backofen-Temperaturen manch anderer Wohnung.Leider gibt es keinen direkten Zugang von draussen, so das man erst durch den Hausflur in den Garten gehen muss.Das Haus verfügt über eine automatische Belüftungsanlage, so das die Luft immer frisch und angenehm ist, auch ohne grosse Fenster.Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und bietet neben dem Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer noch zwei Auszieh-Betten. Mit vier Personen oder mehr wird es aber schon eher eng.Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit! Eigentlich wäre es ein Fünf-Sterne Aufenthalt, wenn nicht die Beschreibung zur Wohnung irreführend wäre. Die Summercard Gold ist NICHT im Preis enthalten! Die reguläre Summer Card erhält jeder Übernachtungsgast, jedoch bietet diese quasi keinen Vorteil.

Freundliche Familie -saubere Wohnung

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, saubere und zweckmäßige Wohnung, die jedoch im Keller liegt. Für vier Übernachtungen war das ok für uns. Bei längerem Aufenthalt oder für Tage mit schlechtem Wetter, an denen man es sich in der Wohnung gemütlich machen möchte, nicht so unser. Aber prinzipiell gab es nichts auszusetzen. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin

Halloween presso Appartamento Matilda

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni presso la struttura e ci siamo trovati molto bene, peccato che la "morta" stagione. Ben attrezzata la zona, buoni i collegamenti con i mezzi compresi nella Card fornita dalla struttura. Paesino tranquillo, ma che offre svago e parchi tematici per i bambini.

Von dort aus kann vieles erreichen, wie z. B. Serfaus, Fiss, Ladis. Viele schöne Wanderwege. Restaurants in der Nähe und auch ein Lebensmittelladen.

In der Beschreibung wurde nicht klar genug definiert dass es sich um eine Kellerwohnung handelt. Auch die Bilder vermitteln den Eindruck dass die Wohnung sich im Erdgeschoss befindet. Die Vermieter sind aber sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!!!

Nette engagierte Vermieter, die einem mit Rat und Tat behilflich sind. Im Sommer bietet die FeWo angenehme Kühle im UG. Die die Sonnenterrasse mitbenutzt werden darf, haben wir nichts vermisst.

Die Ausstattung und Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit bei der Gestaltung der Freizeitaktivitäten. Einziger Nachteil ist, das kein direkter Zugang nach Draussen/Garten oder Terrasse möglich ist.Die Wohnung ist im Kellergeschoß. Direkter Zugang soll es später mal geben.
