The good - great location, right next to the A2 gondola and across the street from ski rental shops and the local grocery. Away from the main Apres area but we appreciated not being in the center of the loudest part of town (and easy to walk to the other side of town if desired). Staff were helpful upon checking in and service was good throughout the stay. We did half board (dinner included) and dinner was better than expected. Breakfast was excellent. The not so good - no thermostat in the room and room remained hot throughout the stay…we had to crack windows to not overheat. Bed could have been more comfortable. No hot tub/jacuzzi on site and the pool in the basement is fairly cool. Sauna is small. Shower in room was quite small (but there was a large standalone tub). Best part of the stay was the skiing (resort is awesome for both piste and freeride), and hotel food was probably the highlight of the hotel itself.
