「Overall, a POSITIVE experience. I only dropped the facility ratings because they are remodeling, so there was furniture outside many rooms. We did not have a dresser in our room. It had NO impact on our stay. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I told the front desk clerk we WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR for the Dover NASCAR race. I am grateful that Expedia found us a room that met my needs! The hotel we stayed at for the previous 30 years was knocked down to make a parking lot for the New Castle...

「Staff was friendly. My room was clean. The only thing that really concerned me was the chain lock was missing. Being a single woman I like to have the extra lock on the door. My safety is #1」

「Excellent place to stay. Water gets hot. Heater actually works. Phones actually work. Tv/internet actually works. Limited parking but overall great. Wholesome couple runs and operates place. Very nice owners. Only issue is i dont think they mop the floors so make sure you wear socks or shoes inside. ! Or house slippers. Even better than some hilton hotels. Affordable as well」

Heureusement le gérant a fait les démarches nécessaires et tout est rentré dans l'ordre. Bon séjour par la suite. P.S. ne payé pas votre séjour d'avance les hôtels changent trop de bannière.」

「Well they have you sign bunch of papers and you dont understand what he is saying to you since talks so fast and English not first language then take additional $100 from credit card that will be returned. They never returned mine for what reason I have none nor was I sent anything explaining why it wasn't returned. I did nothing but spend the night quietly by myself. 」

「I like the facility location.i didn't like the fact i checked in and was charged for 2 nights that was already paid for thru expedia. Even though I prepaid I was still charged and now have to wait several days to get my refund. This is an inconvenience to me. This should not of happen if there was proper communication between expedia & riverview motel.. A phone call shouldve been made not an email to explain that my fees were already paid.」

「Wonderfully kind hosts, perfect property with amazing animals. Dogs, horses, pigs, chickens, geese, ducks, goats, and one very beautiful turkey named Franklin. Our favorite part about this property was how stunning it was and being surrounded by animals. This was a great find and it surpassed our expectations. Loved Gemma their Great Pyrenees/new foundland dog so kind and gentle. We enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend staying here.」
