Mängel auf den 2. Blick

Die Whg. Otzumer Weg 2a war wohl erst küzlich renoviert worden. Dass deshalb wohl viele kleine Nachbesserungen / Mängel vorhanden waren, trübten den 1 Eindruck doch sehr. Insgesamt 16! Mängel fand ich. Kleine, aber in der Summe nicht akzeptabel. Die "Verbesserungsvorschläge" habe ich gemeldet, schon om Ineresse der Nachmieter.
