“ホテルに荷物を預けるつもりで11時に行ったらフロントの方が部屋を使って良いと言ってチェックインしてもらえた。最上階のシテが見える部屋をリクエストしていたが、差額は支払わなくて良いと無料でランクアップ。部屋は4階の19号室で寝室とバスルーム.シャワールームが、廊下で離れていてとても使いやすい。部屋は全てとても綺麗に手入れがされている。レトロが好きなら最高。部屋には、コーヒーマシンがありいつでもいれたてコーヒーが飲める。ライトアップのシテは最高でした。強くおすすめします。”

“Everything here was great! A beautiful hotel, in a medieval building, perfectly situated on a quiet street (rare) in the center of historic Carcassonne. Very friendly staff, splendid room with generous amenities and a very well appointed bathroom (L'Occitane en Provence). Overall perfect stay!”

“Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.”

“全てが素晴らしいホテルでした。チェックインの時の女性のスタッフの対応はとても親切でした。インテリアも可愛らしく、清潔な部屋でした。 しかし、マイナス点が少し有ります。 ・二階建てで、エレベーターがない。 ・部屋が狭くて２つのスーツケースを広げにくい。 ・洗面台の排水が少し良くない。 ・湯沸かしポットが部屋にない。 ・枕元にコンセントがないので、寝る時、スマホを手元に置いて充電できない。 しかし、それらの欠点が有っても、非常に心地よくすごせました。世界遺産までとても近くて素晴らしい立地です。 朝食のスクランブルエッグは最高に美味しかったです。”
