Room was very hot, couldn’t adjust the temperature to cold, ended up leaving the balcony door open a lot to cool the room down to suitable sleep temperature. Most of the food options were fairly unhealthy and limited for vegetarians. Shame it’s pitched as a health and wellness place and let down by lack of healthy options. The resort’s choice of late night entertainment such as karaoke after 11pm that could be heard from the rooms also felt a poor choice. The downstairs restaurant also hosted loud bingo while we were trying to eat. Not a place for people who look for quiet stays. There was a choice of another restaurant upstairs but having eaten there the previous night, we thought it would be nice to try the other one.

I had a nice stay at this hotel! The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything what I needed. I especially enjoyed the breakfast – fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is the opening hours of the SPA center. As someone who likes to use the gym and pool early in the morning before breakfast, I found it a bit inconvenient that it opens only after 9 o'clock.

Good hotel. But events are not always take place

Accommodation, restaurant, service, spa - are good! But everyday events were schedule were posted and most of time never completed. We came to play Mafia gave it were 5 people total and they didn’t start in 40 min. And we left. Then 10 am kids fitness - it started very late, that’s why most of kids left. Then cooking master class started 40 min later. They are telling that it is not enough people to start. But 3-5 people are also customers. Evening program for kids - mini disco and ballon show on Sunday also never happened

Exceptional Service and Professionalism

I recently stayed at Lankaran Springs Hotel and had a wonderful experience. Initially, I mistakenly booked a reservation for one person instead of two. However, after discussing the situation, the reception staff, along with the management team, showed great professionalism and kindness by accommodating our stay without any issues. As a regular guest, I truly appreciate their customer-focused approach. A special thanks also goes to the pool lifeguard. On March 24, my son accidentally swam in the wrong direction, and the moment I noticed something was wrong and jumped up, the lifeguard reacted instantly. With impressive speed and without hesitation, he jumped into the pool and saved my son. As someone who cannot swim, I am incredibly grateful for his timely and professional response. A huge thank you to the entire staff—you should all be proud of your dedication and service. Keep up the great work!

Outstanding hot springs in a superb resort

When planning this visit to Azerbaijan to visit the various hot spring resorts, we had high hopes for Lankaran as it has received so much praise since it opened just five years ago. Having now spent three blissful days there, we can see what all the fuss is about - it was an extraordinary experience. From the moment we arrived we were impressed by the courtesy and friendliness of the staff (most of whom spoke very good English, which we certainly weren't anticipating). The food was outstanding - both in the variety and the quality (and we were more than satisfied as vegetarians with all the buffet options). The room was quiet, spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were a dream (there's even a pillow menu!). The star of the show, naturally, is the spa and in particular the wonderful thermal springs. In three days my ring turned from silver to black - and that's a great sign that these hot spring waters are full of minerals! The temperature was a perfect 37-38 degrees, and the adjacent hamam, steam room and sauna were also beautifully designed and so relaxing. The indoor pool is spacious, and the dedicated relaxation room was like a heavenly cocoon. There's no doubt that Lankaran is a long way from Baku - but that's part of the appeal. Making a journey down here is an excellent way to really get away from it all, and enjoy some hot spring bliss at a very fair price with top-notch 5-star service. We'll be back for the full package next time!

Hotel itself is clean has a nice view and good staff. Only foods variety can be increased as well as taste. I would mention also that outdoor pool was tiny, no music played on pool which could be very good for swimmers.
