If you are looking peace, quiet and privacy then this lovely property will suit you. A very clean, well equipped and comfortable house situated just off a private road. The owner Mrs Rouzes and her husband were very welcoming and on arrival the provisions in the house were welcome and generous, far better than most. The downside of my stay was the weather but it didn't impact on my stay as the house is warm and cosy.

Belle maison dans un endroit calme et retiré. Propreté et disponibilité de la propriétaire. Un chouette endroit pour le repos avec tout ce que vous avez besoin. Je recommande chaudement. Le Gr34, bar à huîtres, épicerie et des sentiers de randonnées autour de la maison.

House had everything we needed. Beautiful garden which we enjoyed sitting out in as the weather was beautiful. Only downside was the garden wasn’t secure with our dog there but not a problem has had him on long leads. Coastal Path on doorstep beautiful scenery and stunning coast line. Maison de plain pied avec pelouse en pleine nature sans voisins proches et très calme; juste les oiseaux et un 🐓. Beaucoup de lieux à visiter dans la région avec de bons restaurants et de bonnes crêperies.

Mit einem herzlicher Empfang haben wir unseren Urlaub gestartet. Das Haus hat uns alles geboten, was wir gebraucht haben. Viel Ruhe, morgens mit Vogelgezwitscher und mit Hahnen geschrei erwacht. Keine störende Nachbargeräusche, kein Strassenlärm zu hören. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Unser Hund konnte sich frei im und ums Haus bewegen. Alles war sauber. Ich weiss nicht wo der Herr war, dessen Bewertung so schlecht war, aber wir haben nichts von all dem vorgefunden. Wir waren in schon so manchem Haus als Ferienmieter und haben schon einiges schlimmeres erlebt. Ein grosses Danke an Frau Rouzes, wir kommen sicher irgendwann wieder

Ich habe mich bei der Buchung auf die vielen guten Bewertungen verlassen und bin bitter enttäuscht worden. Ich bin in diesem Haus nur fünf Tage geblieben, da es schlicht nicht auszuhalten war. Das Haus ist nicht neu und die angebotene Garage ist nicht nutzbar, da sie völlig chaotisch vollgestellt ist. Ich habe verschimmelte Bananen in einem der Schränke gefunden, und eingeräumtes Geschirr war so verschmutzt, dass selbst die Spülmaschine es nicht sauber bekommen hat. Liegen, die ich aus der Garage geholt habe, waren voller Vogeldreck. Eines Nachts konnte mein Hund nicht ruhig gestellt werden, da immer wieder seltsame Geräusche aus der Garage kamen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass es dort Ratten oder anderes Getier gibt. Der Vermieter wird als Premium Anbieter geführt was ich in keiner Weise nachvollziehen kann. Frische Bettbezüge, frische Handtücher/ Geschirrtücher und ein Kuchen zur Begrüßung machen dieses haus noch lange nicht zu einem Premiumobjekt. Der Vermieter war an einer gütlichen Lösung nicht interessiert. Noch eine Anmerkung zu der Lage des Hauses. Auf der einen Seite kommt man direkt an eine Landstraße (90 Kmh). Auf der anderen Seite ebenfalls, die man circa 100 m entlang gehen muss, um zum Strand zu kommen. Der Strand ist circa 15 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Fazit: Finger weg!!!!

Alles in Ordnung,sehr nette Vermieterin,alle Geräte in der Küche vorhanden.Gut geeignet für 2 Personen,für 4 wird's knapp,vor allem bei Regen.Fie Lage ist traumhaft,aber ohne Auto ist man in der Bretagne verloren.

Das gepflegte Grundstück bietet eine herrliche Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Zu jeder Tageszeit kann man hier die Sonne genießen. Die Unterkunft selber lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Alles was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt, ist vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die aufeinander abgestimmte Einrichtung und der hervorragende Pflegezustand. Das betrifft auch den gesamten Gartenbereich. Das Objekt ist außerdem verkehrstechnisch so zentral gelegen dass die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region gut zu erreichen waren.

Tolles Haus, mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Traumhaftes Grundstück in absolut ruhiger Lage. Tolle Ausflugziele von dort sind: - die Abtei Beauport in Paimpol - das Schloss Domaine de la Roche Jagu in Ploezal - die Mühle in Plouézec - der Strand Bonapard (ein Traum bei Ebbe) - das romantische Dorf Tréguier - der möndäne Badeort Perros-Guirec - die Strände bei Erquy sowie das Cap Die Landschaft in der Bretagne ist super Grün und Vielseitig. Immer wieder eine Reise wert. Es war unser erster Urlaub mit Hund, er hat sich auf dem tollen Grundstück puddelwohl gefühlt. Die Menschen in der Bretagne sind alle sehr freundlich auch wenn wir mit Englisch nicht weiter kammen.

Das Haus ist schön und hat alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Der Garten ist hübsch und großzügig mit unterschiedlichen Sitzgelegenheiten angelegt. Vom Haus aus kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb von ca. 30 Minuten erreichen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Morgens spazierten die Rehe am Haus vorbei.
