"Clean spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The front desk staff needs to be friendly and professional. I requested a late check out due to my husband being ill. She didn’t ask why I needed extra time and hung up on me. That is poor customer service. I will definitely return, but good customer service is a must. The Alto restaurant on the 17th floor had delicious food and excellent customer service!"

"The rooms are clean and nice with amenities. Also got a 10% Starbucks card, there’s a lot of food around and activities like karaoke bars we came for a band at Reggie’s and was able to walk from the hotel there which was really nice."
