It is in a hamlet nestled between the Mezenc and Meygal massifs that the Gîte du Roure is located, a small traditional house built on a large flat plot closed by an electric gate (parking).

Its sunny terrace with the scent of lavender and the children's games make it a simple and very pleasant holiday residence.

Nearby activities: Couteaux troglodyte caves, the ice rink (all year), family golf course (3 km), thatched villages in Moudeyres and Bigorre (18 km), the Estables nature resort (23 km), Le Puy en Velay, its museums, its upper town and its monuments listed as UNESCO World Heritage (9 km). The living room with a dining area and a TV area with fireplace (open hearth), opens onto a fitted kitchen, two large bright bedrooms (140 cm bed, 2 90 cm beds and a baby bed), a small bathroom and a separate toilet.

Central heating is included in the price. Wood for the fireplace is not provided.

A cleaning package is offered at €50, if you do not subscribe to the option, a deposit of €50 will be requested.

From Puy-en-Velay, follow Brives Charensac, then Lantriac / Le Monastier via the D15. After Les Pandraux, follow the direction of the Patinoire, Le Roure. Continue for 2 km, then turn right towards Le Roure. Near the hamlet, turn right and right again. The house is on the right side of the house, on a bend.
