「Breakfast is simple, no many choices .」

「Staff were great, room was spacious and clean. Bed were soft so I was worried but I slept really well. While it is dated, I have no complaints, everything was good. Breakfast was basic but hey free breakfast. If in Nanaimo again, will stay again. 😁」

「The hotel took the extra miles to provide a bed for my baby even though the baby cot was taken by other guests.」

「My Honest review is The place outside is like a classic, simple motel. But when you enter inside the room its like a five star hotel, its Clean, with best amenities, soft bed and modern things/ furnitures, specially the shower its awesome! Its my first time in this Motel but because of my experience here will definitely recommend this to my friends, plus the cost of per stay is very reasonable and affordable. Good job on your customer service “Departure bay Motel”! 😎👍」

「I booked this for myself and it was a very confusing checkin process. I got in at dark and the instructions did not match where to park and the house was totally dark. I had to knock on the front door and she was lovely but there should be better lighting for people walking down the dark path at night. The room was cold and took ages to warm up. It is also connected to another suite and the bathroom at first felt like it may be shared with other people down there? But it wasn’t. You just have to...

「Upon arrival, we didnt know which gate or door to use so we had to look around to find it. After finding the correct door we couldn't figure out how to get the lock to work as the screen needs to be cleared before you enter the code. Pull the door towards you first as its not lined up properly. The daughter? Came and showed us how to use the door lock. This is a basement suite and I was under the impression that it was its own unit. So be aware of that. You can hear everything. There is also no...

「The front desk staff are friendly and the room is spacious. The breakfast served in the morning is simple and acceptable, but not as expected.」

「位置好」

「I had a self-catered 3-night solo silent retreat at Bethlehem and am so glad I did. If you want to unplug and reconnect within and with whatever you understand as creation, this is a great place to do it. The facilities are simple but more than adequate, the property is beautiful with a labyrinth, library, pond feature and more, and Westwood Lake could not be more beautiful.」

「Great spot. Amazing view!」

「Nice room, big and clean. Very close to downtown 」

「it was clean and well laid out.」

「Was a great stay i will rebook it everytime I am there and Craig was great」

「地點很好，價錢合理，就是空調比較大聲，所以我不能給五星的原因。」

「Everything was excellent! Very cozy little cabin with a large hot tub! Lots of extras to make this easy - tea and coffee, salt and pepper, hot plate, and a medium sized fridge with a freezer, which was nice! Bree was very responsive to my inquiries as well. We would definitely stay again 10/10.」
