Although there are safe's in the room, you have to pay rental for a key to use them (it's the same rule for the air conditioning remotes) which seems a bit much when...

「Partial sea view at best as we were put on floor zero in the furthest part of the hotel, booked queen and extra bed for my son in a junior suite, royal level, got twin and very uncomfortable sofa bed ( it was replaced with a single bed and they did offer to change our room but only after 4 days as they were full and we did not find it convenient to have to move all our stuff after 4 days. I especially like that the pool lifeguard removes towels from sunbeds if no one uses them for over 1 hour. Breakfast is good. Pour les séjours en hiver, il manque une piscine intérieure chauffée et espace Spa (hammam, sauna, jacuzzi) mais ce n'est pas la vocation de ce lieu je pense. Ce qui existe est déjà top. C'est un sans faute !」

「Pools and rooms were clean. A lot of the pool loungers were broken but ample and the rooms were not soundproof at all. Housekeeping were very good and attentive. The food however, was not good at all. Beans at breakfast were like cold pebbles, the chocolate sauce for pancakes was more like chocolate water. For dinner, unless you like cold pasta or lots of seafood I wouldn’t recommend.」
