「Es gab keinen Zimmerservice, schon bei der Ankunft war das Zimmer nicht sauber und die Betten nicht bezogen. Das ging so weiter 10 Tage lang wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und nur sporadisch wurden Handtücher gewechselt. Zum Frühstück gab es kein Frühstücksbuffet wie gebucht sondern 10 x identisch das Gleiche. Die ersten Tage war zudem das Wasser nur lauwarm. Das Hotel kann nicht empfohlen werden.」

「Advertising states aircon available in the room’. Yes it is available but not able to be used unless you pay extra. When it becomes intolerable there is no one to get the control from. Satellite tv again have to pay extra for the remote. Let’s see if we get the same stock answer as other comments.」

「We stayed only one week and really enjoyed our holidays. We had spacious studio flat, comfy beds, nice bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Comparing to other places we stayed in the past this by far is one of the best for its price and what you get. The pool is about 20 meters long which was perfect for me as I do regular to swimming. Next to the pool there is playground area for kids as well as nice bar. The owners are super friendly and helpful in every situation. We highly recommend this...

「Wir waren hier mit unserer Tochter, die fast 2 Jahre alt ist, und waren ehrlich gesagt sehr positiv überrascht. Ursprünglich hatten wir ein normales Zimmer gebucht, konnten aber gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis ein größeres Zimmer mit direktem Poolzugang und eigener Terrasse bekommen – das hat sich absolut gelohnt. Das gesamte Hotel wirkt sehr modern, stilvoll und hochwertig. Man merkt sofort, dass es ein brandneues Hotel ist. Alles ist noch neu, sauber und sehr gepflegt. Der Service war...

「The hotel is located on a beautiful part of the island and the highlight was the private seating by the beach bar. Very peaceful and scenic. The food was not great. The Zatar restaurant was the exception and was an excellent dinner. The shades in the rooms are not darkening at all. It feels like you are sleeping outside once the sun is up. Also we switched to a sea facing room bc the traffic on the city view side kept us up. The kids did enjoy the slides and the entertainment.」
