「Unfortunately, I would not recommend it. The service is nowhere near five-star standard. The biggest issue is the staff. Many speak very little English, are often unhelpful, and some have a poor attitude. My five-year-old daughter was repeatedly ignored while waiting patiently for a bottle of water, with adults who joined the queue after her being served first. 「Excellent resort. Food and drinks were brilliant. Swimming pools were well maintained and my kids loved the water slides. All staff from reception to cleaners were very helpful and any issues were dealt with promptly. Rooms were very clean. Overall very pleased and will definitely book again.」
