“My sister and I visited this property for about a week recently. We were familiar with the area as our parents wintered there in the 1990's. The development is still very well kept with beautiful tropical plantings throughout. Each area of the property has an adult and kiddie pool. Our rental was in a condo building, was a 2-bedroom unit, and was very clean and nicely decorated. We had a couple of questions initially and our hot water was out. Maria immediately responded and the problem……

“My boyfriend and I had the most amazing stay here and we can’t wait to come back! The location was perfect. The drive over to Rincon, which was our favorite to explore, was less than 15 minutes and there were plenty of restaurants and beaches near by. The condo itself was pristine! Everything was clean and organized. We had everything we needed. Baloncy was the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening! We definitely took full advantage of the beach access and pool……

“I Loved That the host responded so quickly to any questions we may have had. He also provided recommendations for dining and sightseeing! The Condo was fully equipped with everything needed (snorkel gear, beach towels, Coffee, Tea and more) The Infinity Pool was Gorgeous and even though a rental car is needed for this location Anything you need is only a few minutes drive… If you love Sweet Bread/Patries I recommend Panaderia Omar they also had Delicious Pizza and location is literally 3min……

“Had a wonderful stay. 3 couples and none had been to Puerto Rico. The place was amazing and the perfect location. Only real issue we had was no water when we arrived, no fault of the condo. We contacted the host, Luis, and he promptly responded and said he would find out. He shortly responded back and had found out it was a water line break in the area and the water dept was working hard to get it fixed. We had water later that evening. The rest of the trip went smooth. Great views and……

“The perfect location and apartment for a family! Near quite a few beaches eg. crash boat beach, jobos beach (great for surfers, can be dangerous in some sections), and another we didn't get a chance to go to is survival beach (this one is a hike boots/sneakers required and may not be swimmable depending on time you go). Overall can't wait to visit again!”

“We had an amazing stay here. The location was perfect for a short walk to the beach. The beach right out from the condo had the perfect sand to chill out on, ocean to play around in, swim and even snorkle. We got to see a few different type of ocean life while snorkling just off the shore. The small food huts just down from the condo on the beach were great for drinks and food. “The apartment was great. Absolutely Comfortable, very clean and extremely spacious. The ocean views though wonderful, were not what I had in mind. All equipment, kitchen, washers, dryers and appliances are top notch. The AC unit in LR needs some maintenance. The complex, the safety and communication with the owners were all outstanding. Would definitely go again !!”

“The property was very well maintained and it was exactly as I had expected. The host was great at communicating and I liked that all the information was also posted on the door on the inside. We were right near the pool and the porch area was great for people watching/eating/drinking your morning coffee. It was also very quiet. The couch was very comfortable for hanging out or napping. We would book here again if we went back to Isabela.”

“Tough property to review. The condo was beautiful and clean, just as listed; and the overall location and area are great. The host was responsive and clearly cares about creating a beautiful setting in the condo. The grounds, however, are in a state of disrepair. The pool was out of order and completely green with algae. The bathrooms at the pool were out of order. The basketball courts were broken. The tennis courts were broken. Pathway lights were broken. Really a shame that such a great condo……

“We chose this property because it was close to our son and his family. We were hoping they would stay with us to give them a mini-vacation, but they did not want to sleep on a sofa bed. Kevin was very accommodating when we called him for some essentials (propane tank for grill) and brought what we asked for plus some grilling utensils. My criticism would be the kitchen was lacking in dinnerware, silverware, serving bowls, pitchers, measuring cup, etc. My daughter-in-law had to bring those from……

“Love this place will book again ”

“Space worked well for our group of 13. Power went out and someone came right over to turn generator on. Pool area was wonderful and a big hit with the kids. A washer and dryer would have been a great addition to the home. The local bakery was great and the cow next door amused the kids. Karaoke machine was fun.”

“We stayed one night at Place by the Sea and it was more than adequate. Our mobile home was large and clean, the service was stellar, and the view from the back was quiet and relaxing! Fernando was so nice and recommend an amazing restaurant close by called el Rancho Playero!”
