“A perfect weekend escape pad. Superbly cosy shepherds hut. Absolutely loved the outside kitchen… even though it rained relentlessly on the night of our stay the kitchen and outdoor dining was such fun. Kitchen kit was plentiful and well thought out.. shame it wasn’t fire pit weather! However, we had the best time and look forward to returning before too long.. thank you for a great weekend stay.”

“The hobbit’ house was just as described, tastefully decorated inside, very comfortable. The outside included a secluded private garden area with outdoor furniture, we loved this and the log fired hot tub. Location is rural so super quiet and loved waking up to the sound of the birds. “I've been to a place this who offer a similar service but their sauna wasn't as hot and the hot tub wasn't even a real hot tub instead it was a paddling pool that never really got hot enough, but this hot tub at this place was better and more bubbles, also has a cold water type plunge and they give you free snacks and drinks! i would highly recommend to visit!”

“What a fantastic stay. We chose this property as we needed to vacate our home whilst work was being done, but it ended up so much more than just a place to lay our heads. The location, near the main road was ideal, but actually very quiet, as it was set down a hill. Pauline, the owner, couldn't have been more accomodating, finding extra parking for us and sorting out things very quickly. The location was brilliant, especially for our 2 dogs who loved the peaceful walks in the near vacinity”

"This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently.
