My flight got cancelled and I had to book very last minute and the staff accommodated with the request right away. Room was spotless, and staff was very friendly. They helped us leave our luggage while we wait for our flight.

Recently stayed at the hai hotel, the location is unbeatable central to all bars, restaurants and beaches. The hotel staff are absolutely amazing! Nadia and narcisse were super helpful with anything we needed from booking taxis for us to recommending places to go. We will certainly be going back to stay there again! Check in and check out was also very easy even leaving in the early hours. Room was cleaned every day and fully stocked also. Loved it! Thank you ladies!

Best Stay Beach Front

I really love the location where it was located. The receptionist Nadia was very excellent at her and informant of any type of info that is needed. Even though I can in on a Holiday it was still pleasant enough to relax. i have already recommended this hotel my family and friends.

We went to larnaca and stayed at hai hotel. The hotel is at the middle of the bech avenue Finikoudes. The room was clean and the service was very good. Nadia at the check desk give as best experience.

Amazing stay!

Wonderful staff, location and room! Everything seemed so modern and was really clean. Good big shower with good water pressure. Room was spacious, bed was so comfortable and huge plus from the fridge+small freezer! Location was also perfect, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bus! And so quiet, no noises carried inside. Thank you for the amazing stay and kindness of the staff!

This property is great! Reception is very accommodating and friendly (thank you for al your help!). Water pressure is great in shower, and beds are relaxing. Convenient location - right next to beach. Beach chairs and umbrella are $2.50 euro each.

Great location, recently updated and very clean. Only downside was that nearby bar had music blasting from about 9pm to 2am. Sunday too from 9 to midnight.

Good location, friendly staff.

Hotel is well located and one street from the beach. Minimal contact with staff but very friendly. Room was a good size and comfortable for two of us. Shower was best during our 11 day stay in Cyprus. The hotel was a little noisy and could hear other visitors and some road noise but nothing too bad to put off staying again if in town. Bathroom door is practically see through so limited privacy, could be awkward if staying with friends/family. We only stayed one night but would recommend.

Location is wonderful! Steps to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. made everything so convenient and walkable. The bar next door however played music so loud that our room (nearest bar) literally vibrated. We were there two weekend nights. Nadia at the desk is extremely helpful and accommodating. Allowed after hours check in, gave bus and tour info, and allowed us to leave our bags for a bit after checkout. Everything was exceptionally clean. Good shower, modern bathroom. The bed was not what we are accustomed to but we slept fine (after the music stopped). For the price and our purposes it worked great.
