Maten var förvånansvärt väldigt god, brett urval och något för alla att välja bland. Städningen under all kritik. Ena dagen glömde de att städa, handdukar byttes inte, ingen städning i balkongen, listan är lång. Bortsett från det, hyfsat nära till stranden, ca 150 m bort. Ljudisoleringen i rummen var katastrof. Vi var där under juli månad, då de satt upp en gigantisk utomhusbio precis utanför vårt hotell. Vårt rum vätte ut mot bion. Det var minst sagt allt annat än behagligt när man skulle lägga sig och sova. Filmer spelades till 02 på natten. Draperiet som skulle täcka balkongfönstret

Had to book odessa whilst already in Cyprus due to other hotel we were originally staying at being not good at all. Was very welcoming and well run, very clean, a few metres from the beach, and good food available. Saddam on reception was very helpful and incredibly polite when we arrived and talked us through everything and helped with all questions and queries we had

Great experience, better than i actually expected. Good food and lots of vegetables. Loved the Halloumi in the mornings. The only thing missing was more healthy and newly baked bread in the mornings:) Overall good!

Absolutely amazing hotel in an ideal location, close to beach and the main strip with lots of things going on . Lovely and clean and the staff work really really hard to may your stay as comfortable as possible . Will definitely go back again . 5 star rating from me .

Fantastiskt mat/ dåliga rum

Jätte slitna rum med usel städning. Lysrörs belysning på rummen som orsakar ett hemskt sken. Toasitsen passade inte toan så man ramlade ner i toan varje gång man satte sig. Trasiga lampor på rummen. Störande musik från närliggande hotell. Dyrt att köpa kaffe på hotellet. Två små pappmuggar 8 euro. Restaurangen och lobbyn är renoverad i toppskick. Inte rummen så det är svårt att sätta ett betyg. Maten och frukosten är fantastisk!! Mycket gott och välordnat. Super service i restaurangen ! Betyget dras ner pga de dåliga rummen.

Housekeeping at this hotel is awful. Dirty cups left for days, no clean bedding for over a week and bed not even made. Food is standard AI as expected but drinks are terrible. Sweet syrup juices and wine like vinegar.

We went to odessa last year and it was perfect! This year, the hotel is low staffed, the pool area was not clean. The rooms was ok!

The hotel was well located between sea promenade and shopping street. Room had good size, bed was comfortable. Regarding room maybe a bigger TV would be nice. I would reccomend a better variety of vegetarian option for restaurant and snacks. Also would be good to describe what is not included in the "all-inclusive", was quite strange that wine and many cocktails with alcohol were incl. but not ice tea e.g. Also I didn't like too much that people were leaving their towel all day/night long on the swimmingpool lounger, this was annoying in order to get a place and also to get fresh towels in the morning. I reccomend also to put a water dispenser in the gym area and maybe same sanitiser products/towels. Furthermore for us was not really clear why men could not enter in restaurant in sleeveless shirts and women could enter the restaurant in sleeveless or bare-belly clothes since the place was on the beach and the restaurant was any gourmet style one. I would think is a more resonable rule to say "not with beach/wet clothes & not bear chest".

Odessa Hotel's location is very good (3 mins walk to the beach in one direction, 3 mins walk to Protaras main strip of shops restaurants and bars to the other) - that's the positive. The hotel is generally outdated - needs serious renovation work in terms of most things (bathrooms, hallways, lifts, swimming pool) that matter to holiday guests. Most clients are families with young kids, so if you are looking for a more adult environment you better keep away. We were on half board basis - far too much (quantity), good breakfast, but similar repetitive buffet dinner menu. Ok, but within 2-3 days bored with it. Better go for B&B only. Wine, draft soft drinks etc. are terrible. We though we got a very good deal - overall, cost seems fair for what you get.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour, chambre confortable avec une très bonne literie. Manque prise, juste deux prises de disponible dans toute la chambre. Très bon all inclusive avec beaucoup de choix et de très bon cocktail, les serveurs et barmans sont tous adorables et à l’écoute. Pour la plage, location de transat à 2,5 le transat et parasol 2,5 par jour très raisonnable . Si je dois faire une ou deux remarques je dirais manque snack après 22h rien pour les petites faims et manque vraiment d’animation (2 animateurs qui font de leurs mieux du matin jusqu’a 22h) les animations du soirs sont inexistantes de 21h30 à 22h, pas de club enfants ou ado ça serait vraiment un plus.
