"The hotel is very nicely kept, with great water pressure, a comfortable bed with nice sheets, all around perfect for what I needed for a few day stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Offering solid advice on restaurants and cafés nearby. The continental breakfast available each day was quite remarkable, tasty and had quality foods/fruits to select from. Sounds from adjacent rooms were a bit more audible than I’d have wanted at times, but it is to be expected in newer buildings, and in the overall review is a very minor point. Besides the staff and facilities, the location of this boutique hotel made it worthy of praise. So close to great plazas, restaurants and other markets. I’d book here again, highly recommend!! "

"Top-notch service from the front desk. Good breakfast. I also recommend the hotel for dinner - we enjoyed the soup and grilled beef which was perfectly cooked. Bars, cafes and other places to eat are within easy walking distance of Amerian. This hotel would be my first choice for future stays in Mendoza."

"Emilia stands out as being an exemplary employee. She was so professional from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. She speaks English perfectly and accommodated all our needs. The roads were flooded due to flash floods, and she went out of her way to help us out with transportation. The grounds are beautiful, and it is a special place, though the food options are limited if you are a vegetarian/pescatarian. We are grateful for the care we received during our stay. "
