Nice house. Great place to stay. Check-in process was tiny bit difficult.

House was very nice and clean, a little cold in temperature for winter. Location was great. Check in process was frustrating, kept getting wrong info, and no welcome email until I reached out. Once we were able to access, everything was as promised.

Las Cruces / NMSU Spring Break get away

Beautiful home, great location, very clean inside, sauna, workout area, and pool were great. Does NOT sleep 8. Only sleeps 6. 3 bedrooms. Pigeons were a nuisance and left poop all over front entry and back patio entrance. Host was a very poor communicator. No email, phone, text contact info. No guest book - digital or hard copy even though we were prompted to check that for info. Low inventory of basic necessities such as silverware, towels, toilet paper, kitchen ware. had to go buy those ourselves

The home was lovely and we would definitely stay again! The only downfalls were that the master bed was well worn-saggy, and the pool light didn’t work so we weren’t able to enjoy it after dark. But the home had everything plus, it was a wonderful stay!

House was great - very stylish and modern. Only issue we had was no lighting above outside grill. The outlet for lighting seems to be broken. Bed side lamp in 2nd bedroom did not work (maybe needs a new bulb?) Only 4 large plates for dinner. House accommodates more people than that. Otherwise - great stay!
