“Overall OK, but no one speaks English so communication with the staff is a challenge. They are however helpful. The unit we had was facing southeast and was noisy. Street noise and noise from neighbors' air conditioning units will keep you up. You hear it all day long. We saw lots of bugs (cockroaches) in the kitchen area. They sprayed the cabinets that reduced the bugs but didn't completely stop them. Overall, you are responsible to ask for things unlike other hotels where the management……

“We stayed for one night as a family of five. Unfortunately, the room had a very strong smell of fresh paint, which the gentleman at reception did mention. However, with no windows or proper ventilation, the fumes were overwhelming and negatively affected our stay. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable. I hope the hotel ensures newly painted rooms are properly ventilated before assigning them to guests.”

“This is for apartment 48B - I sent my flight information to the management team well in advance letting them know my arrival time. They didn't leave the key with the Yoo staff and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to bring it to me (9pm). I booked a 9 day stay, bought groceries, and discovered the oven wasn't working. Management told me to use a long handled light to ignite the gas stove!!! I told them I didn't feel comfortable doing that. They sent someone over to look at it and he……

“The check-in process was disappointing and frustrating. The reservation was made through Expedia for two people, but upon arrival, the receptionist was unable to check us in because the information for the second guest had not been received from Expedia. This resulted in unnecessary back-and-forth between Expedia and the receptionist, making the check-in experience stressful and inconvenient.
Despite the initial inconvenience, the overall stay was very good and enjoyable. However, there were a……
