Great North Las Vegas neighborhood between Aliente and the Speedway near the 215 and I15 freeway. 15 minutes to Fremont Experience, 20 minutes from the strip, 30-45 minutes from McCarran International Airport. 15 Minutes to Nellis AFB There is a community swimming pool. The owner keeps a room available for themselves when they come to town.

Neighborhood overview
This is a new neighborhood on the Northern edge of the Las Vegas Valley. Right off the freeway with a shopping center across the road (Target, Ross, Michaels, Gas .PANDA Express Mc Donalds. Home Depot, Staples and more). The Las Vegas Speedway hosts two NASCAR races a year and many events year round.
Getting around
This is just off of the 215 freeway and 4 miles from Interstate 15 on the Northern edge of Las Vegas. Surprisingly close to downtown and the strip. Two exits from Aliente Casino and about 10 miles from the Las Vegas Speedway.
Other things to note
ke the 109 N to the downtown bus terminal and then catch the 105 to a North 5th stop at Deer Springs Mall. After getting off the bus at the mall cross N. 5th at Dorrell (west) about a block to the entry gate then follow the instructions for getting to the house. The code for the pedestrian gate: Press 2 & 4 at same time then press 3 OR use the car gate code of# 1981.

Close to family
The property was perfect for our stay. It was close to our daughter’s home. The beds were comfy and the backyard although small was private for us to sit , bbq and enjoy the sun. It had everything we needed for cooking . Maria responded quickly. We would stay again.

Spacious house, quiet neighborhood
Very spacious, clean, classy house with eclectic decorations. Nice, safe, quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. We will stay here again if we ever need a house in Vegas.

All in all, very nice!
Nice house. Well stocked kitchen, but no grill outside (probably being replaced). Only two bedrooms available. Very clean and everything works. Best way to drive in is to take the east-west freeway to the north, instead of driving the long way up 5th Street from Chapparell. All in all, very good.

Wonderful Acommodations
We used this property as a base to explore the Las Vegas area including several national and state parks. It is a beautiful home that is close to stores and a shopping center. North Las Vegas has Craig Ranch Regional Park that is well-equipped and beautiful if you want to do walking and many different kinds of outdoor activities. Their playgrounds are outstanding if you have children.

Nice house that’s furnished
Stayed here for a longer period of time. Maria and Steve do stay every once in awhile but are friendly. The house is big and nice and worked well for the two of us that were staying
