Gorgeous, spacious, close to LV Strip and Airport!

This newly renovated, custom home is fully furnished with everything you will need to cook including a large fridge with ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans dishes etc. It also features a large master suite with a king size, memory foam bed and a jetted tub as well as a separate shower and dual sinks. All other rooms have comfy Queen sized memory foam beds. There is a living room and a bonus family room (both with fire features). A Twin fold out mattress/bed and two, large L shaped couches can also serve as additional sleeping options. This home is equipped with a washer and dryer and folding station located on the first floor for your convenience. Enjoy the stunning, private pool/hot tub and outdoor BBQ. Plenty of seating. Free high speed internet. Walking distance to Gym, UPS, Restaurants, and a convenience store. Less than 2 miles from Starbucks, Walmart, FedEx and several other restaurants and businesses. 5 minutes to the airport and only 10-15 minutes to the famous Las Vegas Strip. Dogs welcome.

We came for a little birthday getaway, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The house was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. The property is very spacious and had plenty of room for our dog to run around. The pool and hot tub was also very nice to have. Amanda was an amazing host and we can’t wait to come back!

The house is nice and the pool is great. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working correctly and that was a big disappointment for us. Also, the built in grill was not usable either. But we enjoyed the house overall and the location was great to access all of Vegas. The property manager was very responsive.

Can a house give you big hugs?!

I walked my battle weary body through the doors and into a house hug that lasted a month. I was home in this house. I kicked back, relaxed, enjoyed the sun and all the amenities the house has/had to offer. I would refer all Vrbo vacationers looking to stay in Las Vegas, NV to choose Paradise. Yes, paradise is on Earth. I don't mean to sound corny, but Rich is the host with the most, a concierge extraordinaire. I would gladly, freely, and willingly stay in the home again.

Clean home quiet neighborhood

There were four of us, all women all professional ice skaters. We met in Las Vegas for a mini reunion. The home was perfect for us. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, clean and quiet. We especially liked the pool and hot tub. The communication was stellar. Our host took no longer than 2 minutes to answer our questions online and delivered TP when we requested it. Other than I would have liked to have grab bars in the tub/ shower the place is perfect and I will definitely rent from Rich again in the future!

We had a great long weekend here! It was incredibly hot, so the pool was a hit! The house is spacious and clean. It is close to the airport and pretty close to the strip as well. Highly recommend!!

Great Home and Location!

Coming from the DC area to Vegas for the weekend, we were so excited to see this home available. The pictures don't do it justice, as it's a beautiful home, with great spacing and layout. The pool and jacuzzi were great! And Rich was awesome. Available for all needs and super helpful. Couldn't ask for a better host. And logistics...wow. 5 min from the airport and 13 min ride to the strip. Can't wait to stay here again on my next Vegas excursion!

Nice house/pool in a quiet neighborhood close to the strip.

My wife and I spent a few days here to soak up some sun and enjoy the pool/hot tub at the house. The house is a comfortable size and well appointed for an adult vacation. The owner was very responsive with questions and updates, including requests to turn on the hot tub and pumps (controlled remotely by owner). The location was good for us, maybe 10 minute drive to the strip and easy access to markets, freeway, and airport. I enjoyed more than a few hours in the hot tub, watching planes takeoff and land. As close as you are to the airport, there's hardly any noise that can be heard, which was nice. I'd highly recommend this house for a couples getaway and would consider it again for another trip.

Family celebration

Our family gathered to celebrate a milestone in Las Vegas. The home was comfortable and as advertised. The hot tub was great, and Rich was a very responsive and generous host. The location was perfect , close to the airport (but no noise!), the strip and to UNLV. It was very easy to get around.

Great house for a little getaway,

My wife and I came down for a extended weekend getaway. The house was perfect for us. Nice open floor plan with plenty of space. The backyard was perfect for relaxing. Rich was an excellent host. Very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. He made everything smooth and easy, even when the the glitchy vrbo app was trying to sabotage our trip. I would definitely recommend this house. We will be back.
