エクスペディアの対応に問題あり

エクスペディアのスタッフはこちらのホテルの詳細を把握しておらず、チェックインの詳細を聞いてもバウチャーを見せればよいとの一言で片付けられてしまいます。しかし、チェックイン方法はかなり特殊なために現地のスタッフとのやり取りが必要になります。フロントがないホテルにどうやってバウチャーを見せるのでしょうか？ しかし、部屋は広く清潔で大変に素晴らしい環境でした。 現地オフィスとの英語での交渉が必要なので、英語力に自信のある方にはお勧めです。

Large Condo

Great surprise to find a vacation rental. This is not a Hotel with those amenities. Unit we had was huge and spacious with full kitchen (saved money for the family). Nice complex with 3BR, pool, jacquizzi. We would certainly go back!

Good.

Cleanliness was good. Quality of service was good too. Hotel amenities lacked. We didn't have a fridge. Ice machines were broken. Location is in downtown so a bit far.

Nice stay Nice property vacation rental

Great location with large spacious fully furnished rooms. Received a nice complimentary upgrade upon arrival and room was very comfortable for everyone. This is not a hotel which is why we enjoyed it so much. This is our 3rd time staying

Nice place just off the Strip

Large room for my family just minutes from the Strip. Great alternative to hotel style rooms. Nice property pool with jacquzzi. We had small issue with maintenance, but they were very responsive and send someone over immediately--thank you. We will be back

Away from casino atmosphere

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel due to its size and location. It was perfect for us as we are a young family with 3 children and didnt want to expose our kids to the casino atmosphere but still wanted to experience all that Las Vegas had to offer. It was affordably priced considering the size of the suite (3 bedroomed/2 bathrooms) compared to what we had paid in other places for smaller hotel rooms too. We would definitely be looking at Sonoran next time we travel.

Nice Place just off the Strip

This is a unique place for vegas...this is a vacation rental setup that is just west of the strip...large, full kitchen, living, dining, and even a washer and dryer..for the price they charge it's a steal! You should get some people together and take advantage!

" GOOD DEAL"

This is a great condo it comes with washer and dryer, utensils pots and pans. I like the gate you feel secured, close to everything. T he only bad things remote on tv doesn't work, our first night we saw bugs crawling on the ceiling in one of the bedroom and in the shower floor other than than a nice place to stay in Vegas.

Great Value

I stayed here for a quick getaway and it's a great value. There really isn't any place in Vegas that has three bedroom condos (which slept 6 people in our case), so if you have a large group or family look no further. The rate is amazing per person and it truely is a full three bedroom furnished unit. I will be back and recommend!

stayed there for 2 days 2 nights phone doesn't work we reported it to front desk lady said we will send somebody there but nobody showed up till we checked out.TV has probably 8 channels remote of the tv is messed up you have to press it till your fingernails pops out before you can change the channel. I took my 2 kids to the pool for swimming lady came and kicked us out of the pool because me and my son are wearing beach shorts instead of swimming suits , they're so strict but then the pool is not even clean lots of leaves floating all over the pool . give me a break ,,, i will never recommend this place to anybody. worst place i've ever stayed in vegas.

Sonoran-Las Vegas

The was prefect in the sense that I was there with a total of 7 people so the fact we had 3 three bedrooms all together, 3 bedroom condo, was prefect. The only two issues I had, which were minor, were the designated parking spot we had was too small for the vehicle I had, good thing we had a handicap tag so we were able to park there. The other issue was the fact the tv remote was low on batteries it would've been nice if they tested it before we came, but again that was a minor thing overall the stay was great...would definitely stay there again.

Not as nice as staying at Marriott time shares...

Booked the day we arrrived for a last minute trip. Price with tax and fees did get us a three bedroom unit. Took about 15 minutes to drive over to the Strip. Might be a good spot to head out to golf courses. Did not see the pool and it was Feb. Parking lot had reserved space but lot is full off cars. Decor and kitchen set up is sparse. We had three children with us. Will look for two adjoining rooms on the Strip next time to compare prices. Condo was clean but a bit dated.

Fint hotel med en god beliggenhed. Super gode store værelser. Sørg for at få et værelse så højt oppe som muligt, så får du den bedste udsigt. Vær opmærksom på at ved incheckning bliver du spurgt om du vil deltage i et timesharesalgsmøde. Herfor vil du modtage en gave fx i form af biletter til et show. Det kan du roligt sige ja tak til og du får også biletterne, MEN forbered dig på at det kræver hårdt arbejde at overbevise dem om at du ikke vil købe noget.

An awful experience - STAY THERE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES

The room was dated, with no obvious upgrades for the last 10 years. The electricity in the bathrooms went out and left us groping around trying to find things in the bathroom for most of the night. The condominium still has a VHS player and the walls were so thin that any noise that the children made playing, the upstairs tenant would slam doors, jump up and down on their floor. Despite numerous requests to move to a different condominium, they were unable to facilitate this as they had no cleaners on a FRIDAY! and if they had they would have a charged a $50 cleaning fee. We were so displeased with this facility that we checked out the next day.

Great place to stay

The condos were very nice and the surrounding area is very nice. There are plenty of stores and places to eat close by. The gates helped me to feel secure. However, the pool was too cold and had a lot of stuff floating in it. It just needs to be cleaned more. I would have no problem staying here again. This was much nicer than a regular hotel.

Great stay at Sonoran Suites of Las Vegas

This place was GREAT! My wife and I loved it. The rooms were spacious and clean. Location was far enough away from the vegas strip to be peaceful and quite at night, yet close enough to be there in a few minutes. Grocery store nearby and well as restaurants. Everything we needed was close by. Excellent property...very nice. Absolutely NO Complaints. We hope to return.
