Inviting Las Vegas Home with Private Pool

This Quaint 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features a private resort like backyard, complete with pool, raised sun deck and natural gas Outdoor Kitchen. Located on a quiet street, only a short walk to hiking and biking trails, 30 minutes to Hoover Dam, 20 minutes from the Airport and 18 minutes to Las Vegas Blvd. Conveniently situated minutes from the intersection of 2 main freeways for easy access and travel.
Smart TV with local antenae and internet are included.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and entertaining needs with a great prep island.
Groceries, shopping, hospital and casino are only minutes away.
Pack and play and high chair are also available.

Great house. Had everything we needed. Nice and quiet but not too far from the action. Nice to have a quiet place to go to after the strip. The pool was perfect. Not sure how they do it but it stayed cold even on 45 degree days. The view from the backyard is amazing. Highly recommend.

A really great holiday home

Me & my wife absolutely loved staying here. The property had everything we needed. The location is great, you can get anywhere in Henderson by Uber quickly and it’s only 20 mins to the Strip or Downtown if you want to go further out. Lovely and peaceful with a fantastic outdoor area and pool.

We had a great stay and appreciated all the little nuances offered in this wonderful home. It is a very comfortable home - with all the amenities. But the pool area is very special and a fantastic spot to relax after a long day of adventures.

Nestled in sprawling neighborhoods of Henderson lies this great home with all the amenities nessesary to enjoy the desert life of the Las Vegas area. Great outdoor space

We enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen and dining space for early morning coffee and evening dinners with the family. It's the perfect size house and the owners were easy to reach when we had questions.

Everything is better than advertised

Often with Vacation rentals you find things that don't work, coffee makers, televisions, but with this property, everything works and is nicer then what is advertised, convenient to local shopping and the Las Vegas Strip.
