While the home does have a garage, it is used as owner storage and you will not be able to park in there. That said, there is plenty of safe parking on our driveway inside the gate and even along the gated side of the home.

Just a quick heads-up! Joe, our friendly groundskeeper, typically stops by 2 to 3 times a week—on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday between 4 PM and 7 PM—to take care of the landscaping, pool, and outdoor trash. He’s usually on property for less than 30 minutes. Joe will knock on the front door before heading to the backyard, but if you’re already outside, you might not hear him, and we don’t want you to be surprised!
If the desert weather gets wild, Joe may need to come all three days, but most weeks it’s just twice. Our pool company usually pops by on Wednesday afternoons.
