Your room card will get you into all MGM facilities without any issues as you have full access to the MGM's properties while staying at the Signature MGM Towers. The Signature Condos are connected by an indoor walkway to the MGM Grand Hotel & casino, without having to leave the property with Tower 1 being the shortest walk.

Among the 3 connected MGM Signature Towers there is a Starbucks, a café, a bar / lounge as well as a pool and spa at each tower with a work out facility. The building is a smoke free environment.

Across from the MGM Grand Hotel is the new T-Mobile Arena, THE PARK and The Park Theater, along with numerous eateries, The NY NY and Monte Carlo Hotels. To the North outside the gates is Planet Hollywood. City Center and The Aria And the Cosmo are about one block west of the Signature Towers. Check in is easy as any other hotel at the front desk, show your ID matching the name on the reservation and they will check you in with ease. There is free valet parking for guests. The front desk will ask for a credit card in case you want to order room service, in-room movies, dry cleaning, etc.

Towels and sheets are provided, and daily cleaning service is available upon request at an additional cleaning fee, please let us know if you would like additional cleanings during your stay. If you need additional towels please let us know and I can have our cleaning service drop off extra towels at no additional fee.
