This mid-century modern themed home has 4 spacious bedrooms, providing lots of privacy. With one bedroom located downstairs and three upstairs, it’s an ideal layout for families or groups seeking both comfort and convenience.

There is outdoor seating with a covered patio, tanning chairs, and an outdoor bar area. BBQ grill and outdoor bar as well.

You can enjoy some shows on the big screen TV in the living room or watch some sports on the big screen TV in the game room.

There are basic essentials in the kitchen, but plenty to work with. Coffee machines are always fully stocked with K-Cups. Stainless steel appliances, as well as extended countertop.

Guest Access:
There’s parking in the driveway and ample street parking. Very close to Chinatown’s and all its amazing restaurants! Close to the strip and grocery stores as well.

The Neighborhood:
This house is just 8 minutes from the strip. This location if very close to chinatown, various restaurants, and stores so its easy to stock up on supplies. Not very walkable but very accessible via car. 10 minutes away from fashion show mall.

Getting Around:
If you aren't driving, then Uber would be the best bet. It's pretty reasonably priced to get anywhere on the Strip.

Interaction with Guests:
We will check you in and walk you though the property if needed. Smartlock on check in and self check in is also fine.
