Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place, next to the Las Vegas Strip. This 2 bedroom with 2 full bathroom townhome is located - .5 miles to The Palms (walking distance), 1 mile to The Bellagio Hotel, 1 mile to The Rio All Suites Hotel, 1 mile to the Las Vegas Strip, and 1.9 Miles to The Allegiant Stadium (New Raiders Stadium). This place has a in-door fireplace, patio, 2 heated pools, a gym, and a club-house, to enjoy, and relax. Lots of free parking space for guests only.

We had a few issues with connecting to the wifi, getting consistent hot water in the apartment, and using the pool amenities. I addressed the WiFi issue to the host, but it was unable to get resolved throughout the stay. Overall the apartment suited our needs and we enjoyed our trip to Las Vegas.

We stayed here for four nights while enjoying Vegas with my bother-in-law & sister-in-law. It was clean, well laid out for two couples & a perfect location. The instructions from Elaine were clear which made it easy!Denny’s & Walgreens was just around the corner within easy walking distance & Walgreens has lots of necessities(food & alcohol) to get you by. We did walk to the strip but ubering was easy & reasonable! We took in old Vegas, did the Grand Canyon helicopter tour, went to three other shows & enjoyed the strip.We also spent an afternoon lazily by the pool here which was lovely. Would definitely return here when visiting Vegas in the future!

Everything was just as described, photos don't lie! Very well stocked and comfy beds. The 3rd floor was a bit rough with heavy suitcases, no elevator here. Pool was beautiful but way too cold! Walgreens, the Rio, and the Palms were walkable. Go with the Palms over the Rio, even if it's a little farther walk!

Great stay

Excellent in every way. Two tiny things that I would recommend though would be more clothes hangers in the closets and ice cube trays for making ice. Those are very minor and the condo itself and its location within the complex was great and it’s proximity to the strip was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Elaine was extremely helpful with any and all problems, communication was excellent. The property was wonderful! It is not to far off the strip, but far enough to be quiet. Property was clean and comfortable for 4+ people.
