The house was clean, well-maintained, and most of the games were in good condition. While the six bedrooms were all nice, we overlooked the fact that the property has only two full bathrooms and one additional half-bath downstairs.There are a few considerations regarding amenities: heating the pool comes with an additional cost, and the hot tub must be requested each time you want to use it rather than remaining heated continuously—even when paying for it.The neighboring environment was not ideal. The neighbor was somewhat unpleasant, and there appeared to be homeless individuals living directly behind the backyard wall, along with significant debris and even a makeshift step used to climb over from the adjacent vacant lot.On a positive note, the hosts and support team were excellent. Despite a shower being broken by previous tenants, the host had a handyman repair it promptly on the first day of our stay.I would use the hosts locations again in the future.
