Ideal size and location for families. The MGM lets you use their lazy river. The signatures pools are small but clean and the kids always wanted to return. The bad part is booking via Expedia, suite was managed by an offsite company. Carpet and furniture was dirty & stained there wasn’t enough supplies or towels in the room. I had to contact them and they sent what we needed, nothing was done about the carpet and furniture. Also they don’t pick up garbage daily. I knew they wouldn’t clean without a fee but I expected them to pick up garbage bags. Also no welcoming material with rules, maps, tips was provided in the room.

Overall our stay was lovely! The area we were in was quiet, but really close to all of the hustle and bustle of the strip. Access to the full MGM property was great - the pool at the MGM complex is fantastic! The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Check-in was very easy. This property is not owned by MGM. You are renting privately-owned condos managed by a rental agency. You still check in at main front desk. If need be, most things are taken care of by your rental agency. Daily housekeeping was not included, and was extra. The condo itself, a one bedroom, was very nice. It was very clean upon arrival. The bedroom a decent size with 2 closets and safe. The 2 bathrooms were well appointed with Nice, tile showers; the main bath had a nice jacuzzi tub. Hot water was plentful. The kitchen was decent, with stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and large fridge. Everyone seemed helpful. The pools at the Actual towers are on the small side for Vegas. Tower 2 pool seems to have the most open times. You are able to use the large pool area at the MGM complex! It has a beautiful Lazy River. It is a short, 10 minute, covered walk from the Signature. Be advised, NO outside food or drink is allowed at ANY pools! Water bottles are allowed. They will search your bags. The food and drinks are very expensive! If you to MGM pools, the pool area fills up fast. If you don’t pay for a reserved area, be early! The Lazy River opens at 10 am. The line starts 20 minutes early, but it is less crowded, than the main pool there. Main casino or strip are about.a15 minute walk. Valet was free, and fast most times. Complaints: The bed and pillows are very hard. No tall drinking glasses or real bowls in the kitchen. I would stay here again.
