This is a great location. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Gym is nice Easy walk to the MGM Grand and strip definitely recommend this especially if you have kids lazy river is awesome. One of my favorite places to stay in Vegas very affordable.

The place was awesome! It connected to the MGM Grand and easy access to the strip. Multiple pools to choose from (including a lazy river) and multiple restaurants from high end to a food court. One of the best places off the strip!!!!

The stay was amazing. The room and the view was amazing. The only thing I had an issue with was since we booked thru third party the hotel was unable to help up was anything like late check out. Upgrade to higher floor. But would recommend the room we stayed in 10 times outta 10. Absolutely loved it!

The Signature at MGM is a great place to stay in Las Vegas! Our room was very clean, and the balcony offered a beautiful view. The staff was incredibly friendly and gave us the freedom to relax and enjoy the resort. Everything was easy to navigate, with plenty of things to do and convenient access to the casino. There were also lots of bars and places nearby to grab a drink. This is my second time staying here- first time was in 2024 and I will be returning to this hotel again in the future! Thank you Signature!

Great hotel, great location, great room. The parking situation is really bad. It's valet parking only, and it was very confusing and frustrating. I got there on Friday afternoon, very busy, it took me about an hour to be able to leave my car, and check in. After the check in, everything was amazing. I will definitely go back there.

We had a wonderful stay!! The suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Having a full kitchen and plenty of room to relax made it feel like a home away from home. The location was excellent, with easy access to the MGM Grand and the Las Vegas Strip while still being quiet and peaceful at night. Check-in was smooth, valet service was convenient, and the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable after long days exploring Vegas. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing place to stay that’s close to all the action without being in the middle of the crowds. The reason why I'm giving this a 4 star instead of a 5 is lack of kitchen supplies. It literally just had 4 plates and 4 cups, 1 pan and 1 pot. Considering that this is a full kitchen unit, it needs to be more equipped for kitchen use. Pools closing at 5pm is also a minus even though I knew that when I booked and no BBQ area. But if your not planning on using any of that then its a perfect place. The view was nice, lazy river was a walk from 3rd tower to MGM but at least they have inside tunnels so you can walk through the hotel and not in the heat so that's a plus.

we love the pools at the property and the access to the MGM Grand . We never left the property. Everything was there. That we needed it for our stay. Enjoying the kitchenette and the signature hotels. Was able to make our own meals if we like. All the valet service was very professional and polite.

Easy access to MGM. You can use their pools and lazy river which is beyond great if you have kiddos! Our stay was comfortable and we are convinced to stay here again.
