Sibling trip

We loved the house. Felt as if we were in our own private resort. All we needed was a waiter to bring us our food and drinks. Would stay there again!

Vegas Oasis!

This place will exceed all expectations or what you think you may be getting. Beautiful property and location is good. The pool, patio area is really the centerpiece in my opinion. The master bedroom is really nice also. This will go down and one of the best business trips for me personally. Would refer "anyone" looking to stay in Las Vegas to this home.

Great place to stay off the trip

Quiet, spacious oasis off the strip - everything clean and well stocked in the house. We had a great time - only piece of feedback is that it’s a little farther than 5min from strip - probably more like 10-20min depending on time of day and traffic. Just something to factor in for your stay. Also appreciated that the host let us check in early.

Wonderful Stay

Enjoyed the house, the amenities. My son loved the video games. The home had little things in place to ensure a welcoming stay. Host was very accommodating. Definitely recommend!

GREAT DEAL AND NICE PLACE

Could have been a little cleaner, lipstick on some silverware. Airport is a little annoying since they fly right over the house otherwise it was very convenient and nice to have a home rather than a hotel bill for 8 people and you get the convenience of home cooking and privacy

Maybe The Best...

We've rented between 6-7 house from VRBO this year alone. California, Colorado, Arizona, New Jersey, Texas, & Nevada. On this particular stay, we were in Vegas for the Jets / Raiders Sunday night game. It was a 3-night stay. The group consisted of my 2 brothers (42 & 48), my teenage kids (14, 16 & 16), and myself (45). Because Vegas isn't terribly conducive to teenagers we wanted a house where we could hang out for the weekend and watch football. We had such an amazing time at this house. We played a lot of basketball. A lot of ping pong and had games on in the two TV areas. The kitchen was perfect and the rooms are situated very close together and entirely upstairs. The house is very clean. The backyard is incredible. We didn't use the pool because of the weather. We will definitely start with this house the next time we need a place in Vegas. Great job on the fantastic house. Maybe the best house we've ever stayed in.

Frustration / Heartless

Several weeks before I call and confirmed that it was okay to have a baby shower which was approved and confirmed. I explained both sides of my son and daughter-in-law family members will be attending the baby shower, which ended at 9:00 pm, some people stayed the help clean. as people was leaving I received a call saying to get out of the house. I told people to just leave and come back the next day to pack up their belongings. When people came back the next day, again I received a call to get out. I was accused of having another party because I used the BBQ to cook for my elderly mother, disabled sister, handicapped nephew, pregnant daughter-in-law, and my grand children as people came back to help pack up from the baby shower. This is not a family friendly property, it’s more for senior citizens, who are not active. Staying in the home with myself was my elderly mother, disabled sister, handicapped nephew and pregnant daughter-in-law. However, this is the group of people who was asked the leave. The Elderly, disabled and handicapped people deserve to have fund also. I thought this would be a great place because my nephew is so appearance is somewhat unusual and people stared at him in public. He has the Elegant man disease. I thought a private place to gather would be nice so he would feel comfortable and he could get out the house! But this is why I have left the United States!
