In the commune of Lau-Balagnas, we offer this charming 110 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 50 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a 300 m² enclosed garden, as well as a terrace and a closed garage. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area :
- A 50 m² living room with TV, wood stove (wood provided), sofas and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, espresso machine...
- Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- A bathroom with shower and bathtub.
- Two separate toilets

Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 300 m².
- A terrace of about 26 m², facing south with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Lau-Balagnas, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. Nearby Argelès-Gazost (3km from the town center), you'll find all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
