“The place was not what is shown on the website. The hallways smell and the carpets are stained and disgusting. My initial impression was for the money and the proximity to the location of what I was in town for would do. The first room given to my family and I smelled like dog pee, had to ask for a room change. In which I will give credit for they did give us another room which did not smell. The pool, fitness room and the fountain outside the hotel were all down for maintenance and did not know……

“I was bitten by bed bugs and had more than a dozen wounds. I have photos and videos. No apology at all. Their manager is really terrible. This is the first time I have encountered such a dirty hotel. On the third day, I found 8 bed bugs. I don't want to be bitten anymore. I will change to another hotel immediately.”
