Great place, family friendly, clean rooms and they smelled fresh. Everything super close; casino floor, cafe, pool, private beach, other food options, rooms, parking. Overall very satisfied with a great price point.

The room was clean however. We were given room2140. The shower was rusty, and although the sick counter was renovated. The room was clean, as far as no dust or trash. Beds and bedding were clean. However there were a few stains on thr carpet. The room over had a nice view, but 3of the 4cabinets were able to be used.

First off it is hard to find and it is on the opposite side as the rest of the casinos. When we pulled in to park, the valet was rude, he later apolinizedybut bad first pression. The casinos is small and needs a lot of up grading on the interior, the elevator was worn out inside, needs new panels. When we got to our room it faced the roof. When I called and asked to be switched they had no upgrades, this is the second time we have booked with Expedia that we experience this. When we went to the beach and no chairs, when I asked why he told me they kept getting stolen so they are not replacing.
The pool was nice, there are two pools, and the attendance are friendly. The staff was great, the food excellent and inexpensive and the rooms were clean. I would not go back.

The entire property feels extremely old and outdated — honestly it feels like it hasn’t been updated in decades. The moment you walk in, the whole place smells heavily of smoke, and it gives the building a kind of eerie, run-down vibe.
The rooms themselves are very basic. The walls and doors are paper thin, so you can hear pretty much everything happening in the hallway and neighboring rooms. It definitely doesn’t feel like much effort has gone into maintaining or upgrading the accommodations.
Even the elevator felt sketchy getting on — it honestly seemed like it might break down at any moment.
Food options are also pretty limited, which was surprising for a resort of this size. You’d expect more variety.
The one bright spot of the property is the beach and pool area, which were actually really nice and the best part of the stay.
Other than that, it’s hard not to feel like the place could use some serious upgrades. Considering how much money a casino resort like this likely brings in, you’d think they would invest a little more back into the property.
Overall, I guess you get what you pay for — although it’s still one of the pricier places to stay in the area, so the value just doesn’t quite match the experience.

David setup us in employee’s tower (north) nice room but the sheets had a lot of stains like period stains and hair. There was also a a lot of hair in the bathtub. So when we went back to David he hurried up and put us on the first floor in the handicap tower (central). The room was nice except for the dried up food in between the bed and dresser , the tub had a dirty looking stain. First night we woke up with our back was hurting, come to find out they didn’t put the cushion topper on top of the mattress. When we got one the second night we slept better but was woken up at 3am to noise above us, someone was pacing hard and older people in the hallway talking loud. I guess David punished us for complaining. Thanks David for ruining my birthday weekend.

Rooms had dust on top of the headboard of the bed as well as on the headboard. Seems like they don’t wipe or dust the headboards often. No blow dryers in room. Family pool area was nice for kids.
