I liked the location. I liked the restaurant options. I liked the staff, including the maintenance staff, the registration staff, and the housekeeping staff. I commend all of these individuals.
What I did not like was the arrogance and attitude of the bellhop staff. They are the first impressions of the hotel. They would not have survived day one at the strip. I never received a 'Thank you' for a generous tip, arriving or departing.
I was a bellhop in Saratoga Springs, NY. I knew how to hustle. Fire those people, or at least replace them with the kind people in Housekeeping or Maintenance. These are the people who give the first impression. All of them are an embarrassment to your hotel. Get rid of them.
