They need a real restaurant and some live table games…. I have seen so many people look around and ask where it is and leave shortly after. This is the most premier property on the river and they should use it to the extreme…. The place and employees are awesome but a few twerks would make it the most visited property…

The staff was very helpful and so kind. Adriana and Lucille answered all of our questions and helped us immediately when there was an issue with our keys. The one draw back to this property is the lack of a pool, and had we known theirs was out of commission we would not have booked there. Aside from that the room was clean and cold, no blow dryer or extras like a fridge or cable only 13 channels, but definitely had a great view. Parking can be a bit of a walk so drop unload right after check in the park in the structure.

The room was very dusty. The ice machines were broken. There was a mysterious stain on our carpet and the tub and sink drain were really slow to drain. The pillows were so hard like sleeping on rocks. There was no hair dryer, or coffee maker in the room. Pool was out of order as well. Staff did not offer any locations of gym or sauna or pool. We went wondering and found things. Also, no real restaurant in the casino to eat.

The rooms were not very.clean. The ice machines were broken on all floors they did give you a vey small ice bucket bag of ice at the front desk. No sit down restaurants in the hotel. The pool was under renovations for well over a year. Stains on carpet in the room. Sink and tub didn’t drain well. However the staff was very friendly and helpful. No machines or cashier cage to turn your tickets in for cash. You had to take them to the bar to redeem for cash.

We always enjoy the lodge. This time, I did notice a couple of blood stains on the comforter. I'm sure it had been washed but had a stain. The one thing that would be a nice upgrade would to to put the Television on the wall. It's veey low. They were very accomodating for a late check out. And, the beds are very comfortable.
