There is No restaurant, No bingo, No ice machines, you have to go to the front desk for 1 little bag of ice per day, You can’t walk all the way along the river to the other casino’s because the Colorado bell is closed & fenced so you have to walk out to the main street to go around it

Convenient area to walk to another casino. I did not like that ALL EV Charging station were occupied with NON EV vehicles. So we could not charge our car and that is one of the reasons we stay at this hotel so we can charge and unfortunately we could not. It would be nice for casino to enforce the EV stations if you don’t have an EV car then you should not be parked in a EV station.

Place dors not have a pool. Due to the string current of the river, the pool should be the alternative for those with children or elderly family members to refresh themselves is the hot weather. And also pets 15lbs or less should be allowed, as these pets are family and PT trained.

This property year after year gets worse. This is definitely our last year ever staying at this hotel. The room carpet aré disgusting. The air filter was so dirty we asked maintenance to replace and when they removed it, it definitely looked like it hadn’t been touched in over a year. We were placed on a no housekeeping list without being asked and had to ask several times to be removed. Laughlin is definitely not investing in itself anymore.

I was showering and the faucet shot off the wall. I have a huge bruise. Thank god it was me and not a child. Its a old box tv in the room that did not work. Pillows were old and unusable. The lady checking us in was nice but overwhelmed.

Staff members nice just place it’s self not updated it says it’s family fun but don’t even have any kids tv shows doesn’t have iron ironing board blow dryer. Pool wasn’t open so call renovations just really needs to be updated.

My standard room was straight out of the 80s. 80s box tv with no access for external hook ups which you really need because there was only 8 channels avaliable on it. The furniture and carpet seemed also from the 80s. No refrigerator standard. The property has no restaurants on site but does have small stations that serve food. There is a American, Mexican and Asian eatery that serve food but you sit at or amongst the slot machines. If you have children idk where they'd eat, in the room maybe. Which is odd because they do have a family area with electronic games and a 16 lane bowling alley. They have a pool and private beach area on the river. Covered parking. So I wont go back because of the room / tv situation but if you have a river view room its a nice view im sure.

This casino has always been one of our favorites. Although it’s a little outdated, especially the rooms, the staff is ALWAYS friendly and welcoming. You’ll always be served quickly and the slots are fun! No table games though.
