"The place was cosy and comfortable. however there was no welcome pack as described or WiFi access details. I had to ask twice for the WiFi details.I also had to go and buy toilet paper as there were not any spare rolls and the roll already there was less than half.Bed was comfortable.The place just needs a little bit of love, its looking a bit dated."

"Spotlessly clean and well-located. A couple of things broken/not properly working (including an ensuite door), which was surprising for what appears to be a relatively new build. No welcome book or tea and coffee though the kitchen was otherwise well-equipped. Lack of caffeine to jumpstart in the morning before heading out was inconvenient and disappointing, but we found the Launnie Heights cafe a short walk away and had a great coffee and breakfast there.
