The single-level floor plan consists of three bedrooms, each equipped with a king-size bed, television, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and luxurious linens sure to please. The master bathroom offers a generous-sized soaking tub with a separate shower, dual sink vanity, and easy access to a lanai with ocean views. The second suite offers an oversized walk-in shower. The third half bathroom is conveniently located in the hall. Although on vacation, for those needing to sneak in some work, you can enjoy an office off the living room, equipped with a desk, all-in-1 printer, sofa bed, and large Smart TV.

Most of the year West Maui consists of warm, sunny days. However, occasionally guests may prefer to have the pool heated which can be arranged at the time of booking for a nominal fee.

1. Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from this home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. The sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area;
2. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited;
3. Vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area and shall not be parked on the street;
4. No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur.
