"We arrived at the hotel on a Thursday and check in time was 3 o’clock and we were told that the room isn’t ready they are getting it cleaned, as we were waiting several customers came in and were given a room, I asked if there is another room available and my question was dismissed, she stated they are working on it now, still waiting and the office staff is in the office laughing and have a great time while you have customers waiting like go help housekeeping if you don’t have anything to do. The pool is not working and with the signs they have up it’s not just a temporary thing. We booked that hotel for that amenity, you can’t afford to fix your pool? Breakfast was good and dining room was clean coffee was great. Our key card stopped working so if you park in the back be prepared with your hands full to have to walk around, I would stay here again only if guaranteed my room would be ready and the pool is fixed, so check ahead before you book because I guarantee you that pool sign has been up for awhile. "

"Clean room. New vinyl flooring, no carpet! Bed super comfy. Only shampoo and body wash provided, no conditioner. Breakfast was basic and very limited. But for the price this place is awesome! "

"This is a solid stay. April was a good time because the price was lower and was one of the factors in staying at this property. The room was nice, and we like having a refrigerator. As usual, husband was really happy with the waffle maker. If that wasn't there, my husband would be very unhappy! It's nice to have a choice of eggs, waffles, cereal, muffins, as well as a variety of beverages. Unfortunately, the upstairs ice machine wasn't working. Since we've been at the property before, we knew where the downstairs one was, and it worked. Also, I did not like how dark the area is in the hallway by the upstairs ice machine. Please add light to the area! It made me uncomfortable walking there alone. All-in-all, the location is convenient, the staff is pleasant, the breakfast is decent, and the price is right - especially certain times of year. :)"

"There was no water pressure in the bathtub in our first room. They moved us to another room and there was a little better pressure but no hot water. The water was barely lukewarm. Upon moving to our new room, we could not get the tv to work. We called downstairs for assistance, and the young man came to help and fixed the tv. He was rude and it was obvious he did not want to assist us. The next morning, I went for coffee and the pump on the creamer was not working. When the kitchen staff came to assist, she was rude as well. She made a simple fix a problem. She insisted on showing me how to pump creamer into my cup. Once she realized the pump was broken, she was embarrassed and stormed off to get another pump. Went back to my room, still no hot water. The water was on the cooler side of lukewarm and no pressure. I don't require much but at almost $200 for one night stay, it would have been nice to have a hot shower and a cup of coffee, along with a staff who is willing to help and grateful to have a job."
