My partner and I loved this property! It was cute and the internet was great, we both loved the shower as well! Like other reviews said the rooms are a little small and breakfast was light, but we didn't pick this place for the amenities we wanted the atmosphere. I will say I think that at least the rooms closer to the shared spaces could use some sound proofing around the doors, we were in room 1 and could almost hear full conversations when people were making their breakfast or dinner, still we both loved this place and if we need a place to stay in lava we will be looking here first!

This is a cute B&B style place to stay. It did not appear that we had any control over the temperature. The house was kept at a comfortable temperature overall. The bathroom is basically a converted closet space. The barn door separating the bedroom and bathroom has fairly large gaps. We were there on a weeknight in the early spring so there was only one other guest, but walls are quite thin and we could hear them across the house, it could be very loud if the room next to you was occupied. More signage/information would have been appreciated. A pdf/web link with more information at check in would have been appreciated.

The only issue we had, was that our room was so close to the lobby, we could hear talking and noise at inconvenient times. Otherwise, cute place and clean and good location. The breakfast was also nice.

The inn was super cute! The room was nice. The community feel was ver different, but fun to experience. The bathroom mirror was really nice.
The only downfall was no place for clothing like a drawer or closet to hang.

This place was great! Clean rooms, comfy bed, and a very nice hot tub. One thing the shower needed was bleach into the drain because it was stinky. other than that it was a great place to stay. We will definitely be back.

Small rooms, but very clean and cozy. There is a large common area so you don't feel cramped.

There was a shelf in the shower that was on the floor with bottles of shower stuff scattered on the floor. It must have fallen off the wall before we got there. We didn't notice it until we took a shower in the morning.
Also, the breakfast could have had signs showing where the waffle mix was, and could there be eggs available. That would have been nice.

Breakfast was simple and delicious. I couldn’t ask for more. The staff is the beat, they make you feel at home and they are super respectful with your space. Room was cozy and warm. Bathroom is clean. I left knowing I will come back!!!
